How do I donate my Furniture to Revive?

Just call our donation hotline on 01670 368665 and we will arrange a free collection at your convenience. (Please allow a weeks notice).

Where do you collect from?

South East Northumberland (Blyth Valley, Wansbeck and most of Castle Morpeth), North Tyneside and some parts of Newcastle.

What do you Collect?

Most items of good quality second-hand household furniture (no electricals) e.g. Beds, Suites, Wardrobes, Drawers. Please note any items with fabric do need fire safety labels attached.

When do you Collect?

We are currently collecting furniture 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

How can I get some Furniture?

The most important thing is that you must be on a low income to use our service.

There are two ways we can help you.

Firstly if you have a social worker, health visitor, support worker, project worker, youth worker or another worker who helps you they can complete a referral form for you in order that you can register to use our services. Also you can visit your local Citizens Advice Bureaux, Community Centre, Surestart Centre or Housing Office let them know your circumstances and they will also be able to complete a referral form for you.

If the person you speak to is unaware of our service please ask them to call us on 01670 368665.

Once you have a completed, signed Referral form, you can then ring us on 01670 368665 to make an appointment to get your furniture.

Secondly if you are on either of the following benefits:

Income Support, Income based Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit, Council Tax Benefit or Housing Benefit.

You need to ring us on 01670 368665 to make an appointment and then bring along a letter which clearly states you name, address and the type of benefit you are claiming (no bank statements please).

How much will it cost?

Examples of current prices include Suites £55, Double Beds £30, Single Beds £22, Wardrobe from £20 to £26 etc. Delivery is free.

Please note that we only accept cash payments in full and that we do not take deposits, reserve furniture or do exchanges/refunds once furniture has been purchased.
